I'm thrilled to Introduce David Tanis as the the next guest to contribute to my blog. I first met David at the inaugural LitFest in 2013 and I'm delighted he is returning to Ballymaloe for this years Festival. David, amongst many other things, was previously the Chef of both the upstairs cafe and the downstairs restaurant at Chez Panisse. Now he writes a weekly "City Kitchen" column for the New York Times.
