Talk and wine tasting with Pascal Rossignol and Colm McCan Pascal Rossignol (McKenna Guides ‘Wine Person of the Year’ 2016, and Sunday Business Post wine merchant of the year Le Caveau) and Colm McCan (wine teacher at Ballymaloe Cookery School, and Food&Wine Magazine Sommelier of the Year in Ireland 2014) will give a talk and tasting of wines from special vineyards & vignerons where horses work between the vines.
