Charlotte Pike award winning food writer and auther of Fermented and Smoked gives a smoking demonstration at Ballymaloe Cookery School hosted by Emer Fitzgerald
Award winning food writer, Charlotte Pike, returns to her alma-mater to give a smoking presentation. The event will be hosted by Emer Fitzgerald, senior tutor at Ballymaloe Cookery School. There will be counter top hot smoking and cold smoking, yielding delicious ingredients with which to cook.
