The Edinburgh Food Studio Pop-Up Dinner with Ben Reade and Sashana Souza Zanella with wines introduced by organic winemaker Caro Feely
We are delighted to welcome back past cookery school student, Ben Reade and his partner Sashana Souza Zanella from The Edinburgh Food Studio to cook a dinner at Litfest17.
Ben and Sashana are passionate modern cooks whose drive comes from both the wild and cultivated foods of whatever part of the world they are cooking in. We have no doubt that the produce of East Cork will provide ample inspiration for another memorable meal.
Edinburgh Food Studio is a crowdfunded restaurant and food research hub. Opened in November 2015, the Studio is a creative venue combining arts and sciences with conviviality, eating, drinking and fun.
Open every Thursday, Friday and Saturday for dinner, we serve our menu at 8pm, our guests share tables. Focus in on quality ingredients and proper cooking.
We conduct research as well as holding guest chef events, masterclasses, workshops and tastings. We publish the ideas, creativity and research of our myriad collaborators here.
Edinburgh Food Studio is able to exist due to the tireless support by an extraordinary community of people, too numerous to name. Special thanks must go to every intern, invited chef, restaurant guest and supporter.
