Nourishing the Vulnerable with Jane Clarke

To nourish is to nurture, to care and to provide our bodies with the foods it needs to feel good, to heal, to fight. To be nourished is to feel soothed, comforted and supported. Record levels of people in our communities are living with dementia, fighting and recovering from debilitating cancer treatments, and coping with the effects of a stroke or heart attack, yet there are catastrophic failings in our healthcare and community care systems. Now is the time to use people power to lead change and support the vulnerable, just as we did with the amazing school meals campaign with Jamie Oliver.
