Giana is a Cheesemaker and farmer living in West Cork, Ireland.
She and her family make over 50 foods on their 250 acre farm over looking the Atlantic.
It is a traditional farm with geese, duck and poultry free ranging in the yards, chemical free but not organic.
The milk is transformed into cheese and the whey is fed in part to pigs that are transformed by their son Fingal into charcuterie, ham and pork.
They have kitchen gardens managed by their daughter Clovisse who also does Garden lunches and tours of the food making for small groups interested in food and farming - they have started, and work at, 4 farmer's markets in West Cork, also Mahon in Cork.
