In January 2012 Jeremy Lee joined Sam & Eddie Hart as chef and partner at Quo Vadis (29 Dean Street, London W1D 3LL). Before joining the brothers he held the position of Head Chef at Terence Conran’s The Blueprint Café for 18 years and, prior to that, worked at Bibendum. Jeremy, originally from Dundee, Scotland, learnt his craft while cooking and working for the likes of Simon Hopkinson and Alastair Little, both of whom inspire him still.
Quo Vadis serves thoughtful, well sourced, affordable and modern British fare to the good folk of Soho. His menus change daily, reflecting the seasons and are full of his favourite things, using produce expertly sourced from his enviable list of suppliers, many of whom Jeremy has built up very close relationships with over the years.
