Lilian O’Sullivan | Litfest A Food and Drinks Literacy Festival at Ballymaloe

Lilian O’Sullivan is part of the Soil Quality Assessment Research (SQUARE) project team at Teagasc the Agriculture and Food Development Authority, Ireland. She is based in the Environment Research Centre, Johnstown Castle, Co. Wexford. Her interests and research include Functional Land Management, soil functions, policy development and issues related to food security. Her work also includes the use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for spatial mapping. She holds a BSc in International Development and Food Policy from University College Cork and an MSc in Soils and Sustainability from the University of Edinburgh.

It is the only festival of its kind in Ireland and has created an important hub for food and drinks enthusiasts worldwide to meet and share ideas with each other.
