Stevie Parle ,Thomasina Meirs and Rachel Allen started out as students at the Ballymaloe Cookery School. Now the tables are turned and they are back to teach us a thing or two.

Stevie Parle left Ballymaloe Cookery School and has been cooking professionally ever since, moving to the River Cafe and then on to London’s Moro and Petersham Nurseries and then back again to River Cafe.  He now runs his own inspirational restaurant at Dock Kitchen in London.

Thomasina Miers left Ballymaloe Cookery School and went on to win Master Chef, wored in Petersham Nurseries and now has 8 Mexican inspired restaurants around the UK.

Rachel Allen attended and then worked at Ballymaloe Cookery School for many years before getting a break into television with her first series in 2004.  She now has almost 10 books under her belt and an equal number of television programmes and is regularly seen as a presenter on Irish, British and American television, as well as continuing to teach at Ballymaloe Cookery School.
